Both the Dr here and staff are absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. Always thorough and actually listen to your concerns without rushing you. The practice itself is beautifully set out and maintained to a very high standard!

Just had major surgery today and amSo so so impressed with this hospital, from the initial entry, my surgical team, the admissions staff, physio, all the nursing staff both in theatre and on the ward.7 odd weeks ago I had a big surgery at a large private hospital down the road and had the worst ever experience (shocking to say the least). Needless to say for todays more serious surgery, I needed to get it right, choose right and that I did!!Bethesda has been such a total contrast in comparison which has been such an incredible relief !!!Caring, empathetic, and responsive staff, topped by a lovely environment with beautiful views! Im so glad I chose this hospital !!!! WELL DONE Bethesda!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going to Castlegate Family Practice and seeing Dr Beshay for a few years, the staff are always professional and very helpful. Dr Beshay is very thorough and you don’t feel like just just a number she takes the time to listen to your concerns. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing to see a doctor.

My stay for surgery was similar to staying in a 5 star hotel; the staff were brilliant; highly professional and attentive, room and facilities were very comfortable and the view over the Swan River added to the ambience and peacefulness of my stay. While I was keen to get out to continue my rehab, I would have gladly stayed another couple of days if required!!

This was my first experience having my ears professionally cleaned, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Very simple process, everything was explained to me and my ears feel great. No more fullness or trouble equalising. Will visit annually for a followup. Thank you.

When you first enter Bethesda Hospital you immediate get the feeling that this is a well-run hospital. From the efficient registration service, to happy volunteers and the efficient ward nurses it simply just all works to make the patient feel at ease. Staff repeatedly stated to me that they actually enjoy coming to work. A special mention for Nurse Christina on the first floor ward, who was compassionate, professional and very understanding. A real credit to the nursing profession.

Lovely practice, very modern but didn't think that my sons limp was assessed well (the Dr didn't touch his foot/ leg) we were then sent for xrays and told the Dr would have the report and results within the hour. I tried calling a few times that day but the Dr never got back to me. Its been 4 days now and still haven't heard anything so I went and purchased the report from SKG and booked another doctors surgery. We won't be back unfortunately.

I could not recommend Castlegate Family Practice any higher!I started going here myself after my doctor went on maternity leave and never returned, I then fell pregnant with my son (there little Castlegate baby as they call him) so now my son, my sisters, my nieces, nephews and I all go to see Dr Beshay as she is very thorough and professional when it comes to her patients.Dr Beshay, Roxanne, Julia & Emma all make this place feel like home and very welcome whenever we attend. Not to mention how clean and spotless the practice is every-time we attend.If you are looking for a wonderful doctor and team I wouldn’t look any further as these ladies are your go too. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience every time we come and see you.

**Brilliant** Bethesda is a relatively small hospital, situated in Claremont, that caters mostly for day surgeries. There is also a Palliative Care wing. The facilities are excellent and the care provided by the nursing staff and doctors was amazing. I've been admitted to Bethesda Hospital 3 times since September and I have nothing but praise for the hospital in general...10/10
