Perth Diabetes Care is a great clinic where you can access a whole range of services for both T1 & T2 Diabetes. The diabetes educators spend essential one on one time with you and really listen to your needs in a non judgemental manner. From this discussion they then tailor a care plan around you and your needs in order to achieve your version of good diabetes management.
